The Morris Chapel is located on the University campus and is nearby the main entrance of the University of the Pacific. Morris Chapel is shaded by enormous sycamore trees, and the pathway to the chapel entrance is lined with rose bushes. Behind the altar hangs a beautiful stained glass window, and on the walls surrounding the pews the Creed is inscribed in Latin. The Morris Chapel is used not only for the Newman Catholic Mass, but also for weddings, University functions, and other religious services. The chapel is opened most of the time during the day, and on your next visit to the University of the Pacific, we encourage you to stop inside for silent prayer and meditation.
